CAROL ANN FORNEY (NEE KRULIK) VALPARAISO, IN

Carol Ann Forney (nee Krulik), age 80 of Valparaiso, passed away peacefully on January 28, 2013. She was born on October 25, 1932 to Emil and Pearl Krulik, and on October 25, 1952 she married Robert "Bob" Forney. Carol and her husband were owners of Forney's Supply since 1969. She was a member of the Wheeler United Methodist Church and was a devoted and loving mother and grandmother.

Carol was preceded in death by her parents; and two brothers: Arthur and Daniel Krulik. She is survived by her loving husband, Bob Forney; two sons: Mark (Rhonda) Forney and Dale (Stacy) Forney; five grandchildren: Scott, Heather, Elizabeth, Jonathan, and Nicholette; and several great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, January 31, 2013 at 6:00 p.m. from the KRAFT FUNERAL SERVICES AND CREMATORY, 370 N. County Line Road, Hobart. Cremation will follow the service. Friends are invited to meet with the family on Thursday from 2:00-6:00 p.m. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the charity of your choice. 219-942-9866
