Peter Bulza, D.Min, Ph.D., 94, of Bella Vista passed peacefully on February 28, 2025. He was born March 2, 1930, in Gary, Ind., to John and Mary Bulza.

He is survived by his wife, Danya; his children, Kent, Trevor, Lora, Matthew; five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. He was the second of four children, survived by his youngest sister, Beverly; and predeceased by his older brother John and younger sister, Esther.

He served four years in the United States Air Force from 1951 to 1955, stationed in Louisiana and Europe. He was a man of God, serving on the Ministerial staff at First Baptist Church, Pomona, Calif., encouraging and guiding over 400 junior high children. As a member of the Gideons International, he participated in distributing Bibles throughout the world. Utilizing his Ph.D. in Psychology he went to work at the Hacienda/La Puente Adult Education School. For 43 years he was an Administrative Counselor. Dr. Bulza truly enjoyed the opportunity to guide and encourage adults who came with their ultimate decisions for their careers and future plans.
