Samuel E. Cooley, 63, of Hebron, IN passed away Saturday, Nov. 20, 1993 at Southlake Methodist Hospital in Merrillville, IN. He is survived by wife, Ruby Cooley of Hebron; one daughter, Deborah (Martin) Camp of Kouts, IN; three sons, Donald (Susan) Cooley of Valparaiso, IN, Philip Cooley of Blue Island, IL and Thomas Cooley of Hebron, IN; four grandsons and one granddaughter; two brothers, John (Dorothy) Cooley of Valparaiso, IN and Walter (Linda) Cooley of Schererville, IN; one sister, Gladys Cooley of Carmel, IN; one stepsister, Peggy (Emory) Severin of Hobart, IN. Preceded in death by one brother.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, Nov. 23, 1993 at 10 a.m. from the Steinke Funeral Home in Hebron, IN with Rev. Gregory S. Hon officiating. Interment at Graceland Cemetery, Valparaiso, IN. Friends may call Monday, Nov. 22nd from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m.

Mr. Cooley was a member of Operating Engineers Local 150, Furnace Service Corporation of Hammond; a U.S. Army veteran and active with the Boy Scouts in Hobart and Hebron.
