June M. Jamison, 79, died Saturday, July 11, 1998, at Putnam Community Medical Center following a long illness.

She was a native of Hobart, Ind. and had been a resident of Palatka for the past 20 years, coming from Hobart. Along with her husband, she had owned and operated several businesses, including a bowling establishment. She was a member of Ladies Day Golf in Palatka. She enjoyed golfing and bowling.

She is survived by her husband of 58 years, John Martin Jamison of Palatka; sons, Brent Jamison of Las Vegas, Nev. and John Jamison of Palatka; five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.

No services are planned.

Masters Funeral Home of Palatka is handling arrangements.
