CAROLYN E. KLECKNER WHEATFILED, IN
Carolyn E. Kleckner, devoted wife, mother and grandmother, passed away at the age of 51 on Sunday, November 2, 2008 at her home in Wheatfield, IN after a courageous battle with cancer. She was happily married to Terry Kleckner Sr. on July 26, 1974 at the age of 17, who survives her.
She is also survived by three children: Terry Jr. (Cathy) Kleckner, Shannon (Dave) Brubaker and Sandy (Mike) Morris; parents: Elmer and Venita Chitwood; six brothers: Larry (Michelle), Mike (Pat), Willis (Theresa), Keith (Beth), Jerry (Becky), and Johnny (Toni) Chitwood; grandchildren: Branden Benton, Davey and Travis Brubaker, Hannah Knight, Lilly Morris, and Katie and Lucas Kleckner; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews including aunt Kay Tweed, aunt Grace and uncle Melvin Kleckner; a few other people she held close to her heart include Mike, Holly and Hannah Poole, Chris and Glenda Knight, Ken Kender, and Patrick, Sydney, Matthew, Charlie and Sophie O'Connor and an awesome family at Cross Point Church in Crown Point, IN.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, November 6, 2008 at 10:00 AM at Geisen Funeral, Cremation & Reception Centre, (NOTE: NEW LOCATION) at 606 E. 113th Ave. (2 blocks east of Broadway), Crown Point, IN with Pastor John Leitzel officiating. Interment at Maplewood Memorial Cemetery in Crown Point, IN. Friends may call at the Geisen Funeral, Cremation & Reception Centre on Wednesday, November 5, 2008 from 2:00-5:00 p.m. and 7:00- 9:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the family.
