WILLIAM MICHAEL HAWKINS
Hobart, Indiana William Michael Hawkins, age 27 of Hobart passed away Thursday, July 23, 2009. He was a lifetime Hobart resident. He attended Hobart High School and graduated from Bedford High School. He worked as a laborer for Pangere.
He is survived by his parents, Jack Alan and Billie Jo Hawkins of Hobart, IN; 2 children, William Michael Hawkins II of Lake Station, IN, Brooke Hawkins of Hobart, IN; 2 grandmothers, Thelma Welch of Hobart, IN, Barbara Hawkins of Miller/Gary, IN; twin brother, Jeremy Hawkins of Portage, IN; brother, Eric Hawkins of Hobart, IN; 2 sisters, Sara Hawkins of Hobart, IN, Krista Hawkins of Hobart, IN; 2 nieces, Madison and Makayla Bunch both of Hobart, IN; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and other family and friends. He was preceded in death by 2 grandfathers, William Welch and Joseph J. Hawkins.
Funeral Services are Monday, July 27, 2009 at 12 p.m. at Rees Funeral Home, Hobart Chapel, 600 West Old Ridge Road, with Rev. Steven R. Campbell officiating. Burial will follow at Evergreen Cemetery, Hobart. Visitation (just prior to the service) Monday from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Rees Funeral Home, Hobart Chapel.
