Fred Higgenbottom (1966)

I just discovered this, and the news deeply saddened me.  Father time is undefeated and although we all have an appointment with death that knowledge doesn’t make it easier to bear.

Our lives took us on different paths after school, but Mike and I had reestablished contact several years ago and remained in touch.  Mike and I were good friends while growing up as teenagers in school.  I was the offensive center and long snapper, and Mike was the teams' punter (and a good one) while freshmen playing football for Coach Joe Barber at Hobart.

Condolences to his family who are hurting deeply right now in the loss of Mike.
