Robert J. Jancaric, 44, of Cedar Lake, passed away Sunday, January 16, 2000 at home. Bob had been a resident of Cedar Lake for the past five years, formerly a lifelong Hobart resident. Graduate of Hobart High School, class of 1973 and a U.S. Steel employee with 25 years service. A Certified Equine Sports Message Therapist working in many local stables and Balmoral Race Track.

Survived by wife, Linda; parents, Joseph and Shirley Jancaric of Hobart; three children, Matt and Amanda Jancaric of Portage and Cassie Brady of Arizona; three step- sons, Ernie (Lora) Heiser, Rob (Tracy) Heiser and David Wilinski, all of Cedar Lake; three step-grandchildren, two sisters, JoEllyn (Robert) Ryan of LaPorte and Joni Martin of Greenwood, IN; numerous aunts and uncles.

Memorial contributions to charity of donors choice. Funeral services will be private. Friends may call on Thursday 2 to 9 p.m. at the Rees Funeral Home, 600 West Old Ridge Road, Hobart, IN.
