OBITUARY FROM NW INDIANA TIMES, MAY 8, 2004:

Arthur C. Dubach, Jr. "Chuck", age 73, of Hobart, passed away on Thursday, May 6, 2004. Chuck was a graduate of Hobart High School. He was a veteran of the Korean Conflict having served with the U.S. Marine Corps. A former maintenance supervisor for Air Products and Indiana Sugars.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Arthur and Joy Dubach, one son, Arthur and brother, Kenneth Dubach. Survivors are his wife of 47 years Marlene (nee Rapey) Dubach of Hobart; son Louis (Susan) Dubach of Portage; daughters Maria (Daniel) Rozsa and Victoria Dubach, both of Colorado; grandchildren Janel (Freddy) Castro, Joshua Dubach, Jeffrey Dubach, Brandyn Rozsa, Kelly Rozsa and Bryan Rozsa; great-granddaughter Gabriella Castro and sister Irmalee Stevens of Hobart.

Funeral service will be held Monday, May 10, 2004, 11:00 A.M. at the Burns Funeral Home (Hobart) corner of Rt 51 and 7th Street, Lou Dubach officiating. Services will terminate at the funeral home with cremation following at the Burns Funeral Home Crematory. Friends may meet with the family at the Burns Funeral Home (Hobart) on Sunday from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Contributions may be made to the VNA Horton Hospice Center, 2404 Valparaiso St., Valparaiso, IN 46383 or to Merrillville Cancer Health, 8127 Merrillville Rd., Merrillville, IN 46410.
