Formerly emplyed as a supervisor of Gary Works. survivors: 2 daughters, Mrs. John (Janet) Leeper of Gary, Mrs. Steven (Susan) Mercer of Crown Point; son, William K. Brown Jr. of Beaverton, Oregon; 3 grandchildren; 2 brothers, Don Brown of East Gary and David Smyth of Hobart; 2 sisters Mrs. George (Eleanor) Skomp and Mrs. S. L. (Eileen) Bera of Hobart. Funeral services Tuesday August 6, 1974 from the Rees Funeral Home. Burial Hobart Cemetery.
