RUTH A. VAN BLAIRCOM Age 84, of Hobart, passed away on Sunday, January 16, 2005. She was a past treasurer and a longtime member of the Ladies Aid and a member of the Lutheran Women's Missionary League.

She was preceded in death by her husband Russell Van Blaircom and her daughter, Janith Fahey. Ruth is survived by her daughter, Mary Ann Atherton of Hobart; 2 sons, William (Patricia) Van Blaircom of Demotte, Timothy Van Blaircom of Portage; 6 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.

Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, January 19, 2005, at 10 a.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church, 900 Luther Drive, Hobart, Rev. Gary Nagy officiating. Ruth will lie in state at the church on Wednesday morning from 9-10 a.m. Interment in Evergreen Memorial Park Cemetery, Hobart. Friends are invited to meet with the family at Burns Funeral Home, 701 E. 7th St., Hobart, on Tuesday from 4-8 p.m.
