I’m retired (yay) from office work. My last position was host at the Farmhouse restaurant which was a blast until Covid hit. I remember playing hooky my sophomore year and getting caught. NEVER got away with anything. My junior year, playing powderpuff football against the seniors and winning (I don't think I contributed to it). Going to dances, mostly with the girlfriends, and having fun anyway. Having a huge crush on my science teacher in 7th grade and finding out one day this big, tall man was afraid of snakes. We just happened to have a snake in class so I went over to the aquarium and picked it up. Unmercifully, I chased him around the classroom and I thought he was going to have a heart attach. He was petrified.
