Joyce E. Small, age 90 a longtime area resident passed away Wednesday, August 14, 2019.  She was born on September 24, 1928 in Gary, Indiana to the late  Ray and Gladys Small.  She worked for Ribordy's and Walgreens.  Joyce enjoyed traveling and fine dining with her best friend James Bennell who survives.

Cremation will take place with Rees Funeral Home and Cremation Service.  Burial of crermains will be at Crown Hill Cemetery, Hobart.
